Who we are

FlowDax is the growth system for businesses that run on enquiries. When we say "we" in this policy, we mean FlowDax. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@flowdax.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Report and checklist requests: name, business name, website, email, phone and monthly revenue band, used to produce your Visibility Scan or deliver the checklist, and to follow up about them.
• Usage analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. No analytics load unless you accept cookies.
• Campaign context: if you arrive from an ad or a link, we record the campaign parameters in the address so we know which marketing works.

Where your data lives

Form submissions are stored in our secure database and forwarded to the FlowDax engine so a human can respond quickly. Emails are sent through Resend. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside FlowDax and the processors named here.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request. Marketing emails are sent only with consent and every one includes an unsubscribe route.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@flowdax.co.uk and we will act on it promptly. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The site sets no marketing or analytics cookies unless you accept them via the consent banner. Declining leaves the site fully usable.
