Before
Max sources property deals for investors. He was closing one, sometimes two deals a month, and not for lack of deals: he simply did not have enough investors who knew him, trusted him and were ready to buy.
What we built
A Meta ad system with one job: get qualified investors booking calls with Max. Alongside the ads we redesigned his website and built dedicated funnels and landing pages, so ad traffic landed somewhere built to convert.
After
January 2026 was a record month: 8 deals sold to investors. In 2026 the ads have driven 320 leads at just £4.43 each, and thousands of new Instagram followers now bring a steady stream of warm organic leads on top.
